What a cleanup covers, and when to book one
A cleanup is not one job — it is three or four different jobs depending on the season and what the property has been through. Being clear about which one you need is most of getting a fair price.
The overgrowth reset. A property that has gone a month or two without service. Tall grass, brush encroaching on the edges, beds swallowed. This is priced differently from maintenance because it is genuinely harder work, and it is a one-time cost that gets you back to a normal interval.

Bagged versus hauled. On smaller jobs, curbside bagging on your municipal schedule may be cheaper than paying us to haul. We will say so if that is the case rather than quoting you for something the city already covers.
